They have different needs and desires and the best talent will choose the companies that will meet these. And this development will lead to higher performing organisations!
In this break-out session on May 11th 17:00-18:00 at Venture Cafe Rotterdam we will talk about how “happiness” is a key success factor for your company. We will shortly talk about the existing research on the key elements of high-performing organisations and how they relate to employee happiness in general.
We will then move on to see how these elements relate to what millennials want in their lives and jobs. We will share practical examples of top performing companies that have implemented happiness into their organizational culture, to inspire you to do the same but in your own way.
This is an interactive session meant to inspire, share best practices and learn from. The session is hosted by Robin van der Meulen and Angelique Slob from PinQ consult. Two experts in the field of workplace happiness, organizational culture and the future of work.

Angelique from PinQ consult helps promising startups and tech teams from around the world with building great teams and awesome cultures. She has a background in HR and a Master in Labour, Organisation and Management. She specialises in startups, teams and the Future of Work.
Robin is founder of MyHappyList (MHL), a modern engagement/happiness tool for companies. Inspired by the positive psychology, her mission is to make the workplace a happier one by connecting colleagues on- and offline and stimulating the positive mind set of employees.
